Angie Spuzak is a Holistic Nutrition Consultant and Personal Chef.

She completed a culinary school in Poland, as well as receiving extensive training in restaurant management. Then she earned a Master’s Degree form Polish Literature and Writing. After working and managing restaurants in Poland, she moved to the United States and opened the first cafe in Waynesville, NC with vegetarian and vegan options.

Following up on this success, she became the Owner/Chef of D’Lish Very Vegetarian restaurant, which immediately became known as ‘the’ healthy place to eat in Sedona. Then she opened Green Carrot Cafe in Cottonwood AZ and D’lish express, a take-out place, in Sedona. Angie’s amazing menu at D’lish earned her an appearance on Andrew Zimmern’s Travel Channel TV Show, Bizarre Foods. D’Lish had been featured on local TV shows as well as international interests. D’Lish was voted “Best Vegetarian Restaurant in the Verde Valley” by Kudos Magazine 5 years in a row. Numerous articles were written about her creations in Sedona Monthly, Veg News and hundreds of positive reviews can be found on either yelp.com or traveladvisor.com. She also earned a certificate for Vegan Mastery Program from the Vegetarian Health Institute and Raw Food Chef Certification through Matthew Kenny Culinary Academy.

She continued her education as Nutrition Consultant at Bauman College Holistic Nutrition and Culinary arts in Boulder, CO.

As a Nutrition Consultant she work with women who want to achieve hormonal balance. She provide comprehensive nutritional help that is empowering educational and successful in restoring your health and vitality. She provide comprehensive lab analysis and strategic health planning for your individual needs.
As a Personal Chef she specialize in cooking for different dietary needs and helping your family to be healthy. Although she has a wide range of cooking experience, her specialty is centered around holistic, ethnic cooking, but she is well qualified to prepare whatever you request! Catering to dietary needs such as diabetes, low carb, paleo, vegan, keto, and gluten free are all a part of Angie’s daily routine. She can create the perfect meal for anyone!
