Tips to Cultivate Beauty
The Law of Attraction simply stated is: “how you feel now is what you are going to attract more of.” As a universal law, like gravity, it operates whether accepted or not. If you are wondering how to keep a wonderful feeling even during hectic holidays, take a cue from Carol King’s song, Beautiful:
You’ve got to get up every morning
With a smile on your face
And show the world all the love in your heart
Then people gonna treat you better
You’re gonna find, yes you will
That you’re beautiful, as you feel
This is why I do what I do, because my massage/energy combination helps people to feel beautiful inside and out, which attracts more beauty into their lives and more beauty in the world. It is written, “Keep your mind on the heavenly”. We all need to feel beautiful. To focus on goodness also improves health (and attitude) dramatically!
Attract more positive, healthy vibrations:
- Meditate, breathe deeply, and mindfully experience the beauty and wonder of each moment.
- Make a short list of gratitudes that support well-being and loving feelings so that if things get crazy (as they often do) you can remember beauty! My short list: people I love, inhaling crisp morning air, sunshine on the mountains.
- Gift another with your smile, or extend kindness without expectation. The joy of giving reminds us of the beauty inside of one another.

May your holidays and every day reflect beauty, warmth, and joy all around.
